The Senior IT Support Professional will work collaboratively as part of the PACE team to build and lead a growing customer support team. This team will be the main point of contact for all customers using PACE services and systems, and will bring a high-level of enthusiasm and devotion to customer service to customers of all experience levels. The successful candidate will exhibit a combination of leadership, communication, and technical fluency needed to address common impediments to productivity including systems, user accounts, software and storage is!
sues. The candidate will also take initiative in analyzing trends, collecting feedback, and generating meaningful reports for all stakeholders on a regular schedule. Previous experience with ServiceNow is strongly preferred. Linux system administration, scripting and programming skills are advantageous.
