For your project to become a Science Gateway on the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE), you must have a current XSEDE allocation; see How do I apply for a new XSEDE allocation?
Once you have an XSEDE allocation, follow the instructions under "How to Turn Your Project into a Science Gateway" on the Science Gateways Overview on the XSEDE website.
For more about XSEDE Science Gateways, see the Science Gateways page on the XSEDE website.
